Coating Portfolio & Spectral Specifications
Nanofilm provides a comprehensive range of metallic coatings, specifically engineered to achieve precise reflectivity, optical density, and spectral performance. Our coatings are verified via advanced metrology to ensure consistent behavior across your specific operational wavelengths.
Standard Chromium Coatings
Classified by Reflective Performance at 436 nm (G-Line).
Our standard range of chromium films is optimized for high-contrast lithography, providing stable optical density and superior surface durability.
LRC (Low Reflective Chrome)
- Reflectivity: ≤13% (@ 436 nm)
- Optical Density: 2.8±0.2
- Application: High-contrast photomasks; minimized internal reflections.

Multi-Layer & High-Density Coatings (Non-Standard)
Engineered for Extreme Contrast and Specialized Spectral Response.
For projects requiring enhanced opacity or unique spectral signatures, we offer multi-layer deposition sequences. These configurations are designed for mission-critical applications where an Optical Density (OD) of 5.0 is required.
BCB (Blue/Chrome/Blue)
A triple-layer sequence optimized for maximum absorption and a neutral spectral footprint.
- Typical Density: 5.0
- Deposition Sequence: Blue Reflective / Chromium / Blue Reflective
